NDML Academic Depository (NDMLAD) is to facilitate digital issuance, storage, access and verification of Academic Awards issued by Academic Institutions. NDML Academic depository is a Unique, Innovative and Progressive initiative under “Digital India” theme towards achieving Digital enablement of the Education Records.

NDML Academic depository aspires to make the vision of Digital Academic Certificates for every Indian a reality. This touches the lives of Indian youth and empowers them with Digital, Online, Trusted, Verifiable Certificates which are accessible in a secure manner at all times. NDML Academic depository promises to do away with difficulties / inefficiencies of collecting, maintaining, and presenting physical paper certificates.

How To Register For NAD System?

You can submit Verifier registration form to the depository. Depository will verify the details and process your application. You can create users to use NAD system.

Steps:
Easily register using your Aadhaar details (time needed 5 – 6 minutes).

Step 1: Visit UIDAI Website and download a gist of your Aadhaar details. You need to keep your Aadhaar number ready, UIDAI will send you an OTP to verify you before providing you gist of Aadhaar details.
Step 2: Upload the Zip File downloaded from UIDAI on NDML Academic Depository website. NDML Academic Depository will use your Aadhaar details to create your verified NDML Academic Depository Account.
Step 3: Your Aadhaar details are presented on the screen, create your User ID, Password and it’s done.

Non Aadhaar Based Registration (Requires Verification):
If Aadhaar is not available, register all your details on the system, upload your photo and signature image and create your preferred user ID and password. You also need to indicate the details of the Academic Institution which requested you to register / where you are studying / studied.

NDML Academic Depository will issue Acknowledgement Number. Your registration details need to be verified by the Academic Institution as specified by you. Present the details to your Academic Institution to verify the same. Once the Academic Institution verifies the details, your account is activated and NDML Academic Depository ID is issued by NDML Academic Depository and is sent to your registered email ID.
