How To Download Provisional Certificate?

Step-1 : Go to the link http://www.svc.ac.in/
Step-2 : Select your Course Name
Step-3 : Enter the College Roll Number
Step-4 : Enter the Mobile Number and Email ID
Step-5 : Enter the Reg. Receipt Number (like PROV_123456, please check your SMS for receipt number)
Step-6 : Submit the button “Click to Get Provisional Certificate : 2020)

Instructions

** All the fields below are mandatory.
** Enter the exact details that you entered while filling the Online Provisional Certificate Application Form.
** Colour Print out of the Provisional Certificate would be preferable.
** Please check your SMS for Registration Receipt Number (A Registration Receipt Number was sent on your mobile number when you filled the Online Provisional Certificate Application Form).

Important Notice:
** Keeping in mind the COVID-19 pandemic, Sri Venkateswara College has provided an option to download the Provisional Certificate for students online.
** Please note that the information/particulars appeared in the Provisional Certificate is subject to correction. Any discrepancy noticed may kindly be reported immediately.
** Kindly ensure that you factor in the duration of the completion of due process for each document issuance/verification.
** Cases of urgency created due to lack of timely application will not be considered under any circumstances.
** Students and stakeholders are responsible for ensuring that they follow the timelines and processes mentioned in college notifications.
** The students/stakeholders may contact the officials via e-mail only, alongwith all necessary and supporting documents, strictly as per details in the above-mentioned notification.
** In case of an emergency, they may, however, reach out to the concerned dealing assistant via call/WhatsApp, if required, during all working days (From (Monday to Friday; excluding Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted holidays), between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Any communication outside working hours will not be entertained.
** In the interest of time and effort, students and stakeholders are also requested to ensure that they avoid reaching out to multiple representatives with their queries.
** The administrative staff members will respond to their queries with due resolution or direct them to the concerned official(s)/ Department, if required.
