New Service Connection :
** All application procedure is made easy through Customer Service Centres till Sub Divisional level.
** For services for which no pole extension is required, will be released within 48 hours (Cities and Towns) and 7 days (Rural Areas).
** All requests related to new service connection requistions are handled at CSC and the consumers must carry the following documents for registration purposes.
a. Proof of Ownership.
b. Wiring Certificate (Commencement & completion) issued by the registered electrical contractor.
** The consumers are given an acknowledgement of their request registrations, with a unique registration number, which must be provided in the future to know the current status of their requests.

New Service Connection In 48 Hrs Requirements :
LT Applications – 2 Copies
** Request letter addressing the concerned Manager/CSC
** Wiring Certificate (Commencement and Completion)
** Proof Of Ownershi Registered document – 1 copy and 1 Copy of latest Municipal Tax payment receipt + Municipal Tax Pass book Front page (Original receipt and pass book to be produced at the time of registration) .
** Pole No (BELOW 30 mts) from which supply is proposed to be taken and existing SC NO’s/Area code to
** Passport Size Photos – 2 Nos,
** Photo ID Proof- 1 copy (Ration card, Pan card, Driving license, Passport. Electoral card)
** Building Height below 10Meters
** Meter Board should be instilled below 5 Feet from the ground level on the wall & Should project outside for taking reading

Note :

** Meter Board should be installed below 5 Feet from the ground level on the wall & Should project outside for taking reading
** one service for one portion will be released
** If The premises having already 3 services please specify
** Permission letter from the G.V.M.C if Supply is required for Cell Towers & Hordings & Petrol Bun

Apply for New service connections for a group house :
** Application in duplicate shall be registered in concerned CSC with the following documents in duplicate
** Individual Registered document (Proof of ownership)
** Wiring Certificate (Commencement and Completion) Without any corrections
** latest Municipal Tax payment receipts
** Passport Size Photos 2 Nos (Of each consumer)
** Municipality/Panchayat Plan approved copy
** Building Height should be below 10Meters
(All original copies must be produced at the time of registration for verification)
** Application to be registered in person at nearest Customer service center
