How To Do CPWD Online Complaint Registration?
CPWD is responsible for creation and maintenance of landed assets of Government of India in the shape of residential and non-residential buildings. These include even monumental, other important buildings and infrastructure projects.

The type of complaints (i.e. Residential or Non-residential) can be selected after log-into CPWDSEWA website from the drop down menu shown at left panel of the screen.Click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next page where the screen appears The resident may choose their preferred day of attendance including preferred time of attendance against the complaint lodged. Upon click of the Submit button the following confirmation screen appears with the UNIQUE Complaint Number Auto-Generated by the system.
How To Check CPWD Online Complaint Status?
There is a facility to get the status of CPWD complaint online by two options :
** By complaint number; and
** By entering particular building/quarter and then selecting complaint number.
A sample complaint number 1107700 is checked for status through the Resident Module
Click the submit button, upon which the below STATUS screen appears
Complaint History :
The residents can get the complaint history in respect of their particular quarter in specified time period as per the options shown under this category.
Click the Submit button after choosing the respective house details and specifying period of complaints.
Feedback :
Once the complaint gets attended by the respective CPWD Service Centre, the resident can proceed to give their feedback. In this process, the residents may be allowed to enter either the complaint number or proceed to locate the particular complaint lodged by going step by step and enter the feedback. Feedback can be given in three different modes as under :
1. Satisfied with the work done;
2. Not satisfied with the work done; and
3. Attended but claimed to be not attended by the Allottee.
A sample Feedback Registration submitted through the option Feedback – For a Quarter – Locate the House – Locate the Complaint upon which Feedback to be given – click the submit button.
Reactivation of an unsatisfactorily attended Complaint :
Choose any one of the Feedback option and click Submit button. If the options Not Satisfied with the work done or Attended but claimed to be not attended by the allottee is chosen, there will be option to RE-ACTIVATE the same complaint once again.
Upon which the Service Centre worker against that particular complaint may again visit the house and get the complaint done properly. By this method, lodging of same complaints again and again is avoided by the system.

Under this category also, the residents can see the status of any of the complaints lodged by them that has been converted to a major category by the respective CPWD Service Centre.

1. I am a resident of Delhi. I was facing the problem of seepage in the whole house. After complaint, the problem was solved and plaster work was done on the walls, after that I have requested for whitewash but, still the work was not done. Again, I have registered for whitewash and painting on doors 2-3 times but no action has been taken. Sir, I again lodged complaint for the same on 29.9.21, vide complaint number 20110172. Still the work is unattended. I personally, request to kindly do me favour and get the work done because, I have marriage function of my son in the month of November 21 and all the work is pending due to whitewash work.
2. My complaint number is 13303209 dated 24/04/18. It is a regular feature. The sewer is permanently blocked. We are facing a lot of hardship. Your person comes. He cleaned the sewer for a while. But it again blocked. The problem is not being under stood properly. It will be hell if some rain comes. Sewer will not function and the foul water will be in my flat. This situation is arrived due to illegal construction by the nearby flat owners. The silt is drained in to the sewer and it blocked the sewer. Please do the needful.
3. It is very surprising to see that CPWD do not start renovation work immediately the quarter fallen vacant, if it is, then they can save lot of money in government Exchequer. As per new automated allotment system, quarter allotted at the end of month. Supposed one allottee vacate their Type-IV quarter, the quarter do not appear vacant on that month’s vacancy list and remain vacant till 27.8.2016 until the new process start. In this period i.e. one and half month, electrical work and 1/3rd civil work can be finished. If CPWD start renovation work in the vacant quarter. Total period one and half month + 3 months i.e. four & half months Govt do not earn any house rent or license fee on that quarter. It is a great loss. Think about it.

1. I am resident of Nanakpura New Delhi. My mobile Number is registered with CPWD SEWA. Whenever, I tried to complain toll free number of service centre, the reply is given stated that my phone is not registered with them. After lodging OTP number sent on my mobile number in online complaint (blockage of sewer line of Bathroom) through CPWD SEWA, the reply comes that OTP is not valid.

It is inform that, I was allotted Govt Quarter No. 23, Type-II, and Sector-V, at M.B Road New Delhi. Technical occupation report has already been submitted to your office on 15.09.2021, but the repair and maintenance work of said Quarter have not been done till date.
2. Following repair/maintenance work are required.
i) Water Seepage from 1st Room front side of the Wall.
ii) Water seepage from in front side of bathroom & Toilet wall.
iii) 2nd Room windows, ventilation and its glass are broken.
iv) Electricity work is required to be done.
3. It is therefore, requested that necessary steps may please be initiated to repair the defects as mentioned above at the earliest.

I am occupying quarter No. 23/142, Lodhi Colony, Type-4. Roof of its kitchen, bathroom and toilets are broken. Water is leaking through the cracks in every rain. I have lodged several complaints. on the next day of every complaints, I get a message that mason has been assigned to the job. But no mason ever turned up to attend the work. On several occasions, they have cleared my complaints by sending a message that your complaint has been attended. During rainy days, I take an umbrella to use my toilet. This is a story state of affairs. If something happens like roof falling or wall collapsing I have no idea how to save my life and my family.
I live in Chandigarh which is a residential government quarter. In March, 2021 we noticed termites in the wardrobes. This was taken care of by the CPWD after a great deal of following up. But when the work was almost complete, the planks in the wardrobe were not f proper measurement and one of them did not fit in properly. As a result we are not able to keep our clothes properly in the wardrobe. I raised a complaint with the CPWD on 09th August, 2021. The CNo. given to me was 19693917. On 13th August I received an SMS that that the complaint has been attended on 13/08/2021 but nobody had come to attend the complaint. The problem was still there, so I raised a complaint again on 27th August. I was given CNo. 19825062. Nobody came to attend to the complaint but on 28th August I received an SMS that the complaint has been attended to. But Till date nobody has come to attend the call. Thus two times the CPWD has lied that the complaint has been attended to. Please see to it that the complaint is taken care of.

My house no is 627 LaxmibaiNagar (near INA)and despite to having lodged the Complaint of FLOORING at BACK and FRONTSIDE some 4 or 5months back, nobody came to my house even to see the Site. on the contrary, Ihave been receiving False and Fake messages of attending the complaint.Itis very regretting that false and Fake response can be forwarded from the personnels/ JE or AE.

I occupied my house on 29-9-18 at K K Nagar, CPWD quarters, no.113/2. After that, I found that my house is in very bad condition. Kitchen is very old and the sewage water in the sink is not flowing and the kitchen itself is in bad condition and the washbasin is also very old and the water is leaking and all the windows are almost very old and the kitchen window is broken. Kindly give preference and do the repairs as soon as possible.

I occupied the quarter number 125/8, CPWD STAFF QUARTERS, kk Nagar, Chennai 600078 in January 2017. I want to make a complaint for electrical work. I was told that I can make a complaint through e-seva only. But my complaint was not registered in view of my Mobile number not registered with them. How can I register my mobile number through net?
My complaint number is 11889974. I have shifted to South Moti Bagh. There is a seepage of water in the Verandah due to rain water in terrace and due to this the wall is completed damaged. I have been complaining about this to CPWD for the past one year on 1.7.2017, two boys came with a small box of cement which was not sufficient to block the whole damaged area. Only a portion of it has been covered due to this when again rain comes, it will again start see-paging. Kindly again take action to complete the task satisfactorily.
My complaint number is 11627120. The exhaust fan is not working. A representative visited and said that it is not possible repair exhaust fan. He said that he will replace the fan with a new fan on 6/5/2017. Kindly provide the replacement immediately.

I have been allotted type II quarter at Sector 6 186/1785 Kane Nagar. Kitchen platform broken water is seeping in. Ceiling plaster broken/falling/coming out in Hall, Kitchen and Toilet. Both the Fans are old and not working. It needs replacement. Steel wiremesh is fully corroded and needs replacement. Concrete chowkats fixed but white wash touch up is not done. I got allotted Type-II.
No.3039/Block 218, Sector 1 Kanenagar, CGS Colony, Antophill, Mumbai-37 on 27.10.2014 and occupied on November 28, 2014. From day one seepage of kitchen, Bathroom, Latrine roof was there. It is developing electrical shock while water in taps. I have 02 small kids below 12 years. Several times I made written complaint and met personally JE & AE since then. But no action was taken so far. Neither they are refusing and not repairing. The contractor and his supervisors behaves as they are supreme for CPWD of Sector-1. Please check such complaint was pending such long period. Why it was happening? One JE was already transferred and a lady JE presently looking after. On several requests she checked personally 6 months ago. On asking 10 days before, she replied will visit once again but didn’t.
Qtr. No.10/2,sector-1, allotted after upgradation at pushp vihar, Delhi in June 2016. But still many tasks are incomplete. Please refer my complaint nos 10862988, 10856572, 10858304, 10845193 and 10856573 (all under civil). Besides these, one is related to horticulture with complaint no. 3267 dated Nov 3, 2016. No action has been taken yet. Kindly solve these urgently as I can’t extend leave.

I am a resident of sector 41, Chandigarh, I am living in the flat since 2007. In-spite of repeated requests every year no doors and windows painting has been carried out. The reply is always, “converted into periodic work”. but never has been done so far.

I am resident of govt qtr No.80J Pushpa Vihar sec-4 new Delhi. My complaint is that “leakage of water in overhead roof of kitchen, bathroom and corridor and removal of tree from my back side bathroom wall”. I have lodged complaint during the m/o July last week and also personally meet to JE(Civil) pushpa vihar sec4 five times but my complaint not yet solved. I,Sunita Saddi, resident of 319, Laxmi Bai Nagar have made complaints on number of occasions for removal of malba from the shaft between H.No.319 & 321, Laxmi Bai Nagar, New Delhi. It is intimated that no mulba has been removed but I got a message that the complaint has been attended to. It is requested that necessary inspection may be conducted at the spot and immediate action may be taken.

2) Due to continues seapge the electricity pipe lines BROKEN and electricity wire are also damaged therefore electric current are passing on electric pipes in TOILET AND BATHROOM.

I have allotted a General Pool accommodation at Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi Qtr No. 122 BlockNo.D on 25th May 2016. Accordingly, JE of Sarojini Nagar has given 90 days time for upgradation of said qtr. After expiry of time limit I have not yet handed over qtr. However I have contacted several times with JE,AE as well as EE & Munshi/Thekedar but neither fruitful reply received from them, nor the work of said qtr has so far been completed. I am suffering from a lot of problems.

The area I am living in is facing mosquito menace even during summer and day time. Action may please be taken to remove the jungle and to plant Nochi/White chase Trees/Vitex Trifolia in GPRA as the plant is natural mosquitoes repellar.

I am staying in D/153,cgs quarter wadala (west) from October 2013. I got this flat in 20th July 2013. But due to leakages in kitchen and Varanda , I took its possession but not repaired by CPWD civil after so many written complaints. After in April/May 2015 it was repaired, and then properly colored by cpwd in August 2015. But from June 2016 ,again water leakages starts in kitchen and Varanda. I had complaint for that with wadala cpwd civil but in vain. Nobody ready to come and check the problem. This is every year problem. When it should get repaired?
MY COMPLAIN NO IS 10164646. Drainage or sewer line DAMAGE outside kitchen permanently for last ONE month. Various complaints resulted nothing but false assurances. All dirty sewer water back flowing into kitchen and whole apartment resulting in cleaning for hours. Will Cpwd authorities ever listen to complain and do something?
I registered a complain no 10242617 for leakage from roof during rain. No one attended. Moreover they change the status of complain as periodic without attending the complain.
Drainage or sewer line blocked outside kitchen permanently for last six months. Various complaints resulted nothing but false assurances. All dirty sewer water back flowing into kitchen and whole apartment resulting in cleaning for hours. Will Cpwd authorities ever listen to complain and do something?

My dining and roof of the basin totally damaged due to seepage. I have complained many times overthough the JE has ensured that the room may be repaired and painted at early as possible. Govt. Accommodation allotted April 2016 in # 1210 sector 1 , push vihar New Delhi. The water connection could not in the toilet. I have maximum complain on customer care number Cpwd , but problem are not resolved till now. So I requested kindly to solve my problem earliest.

Complaint: Toilet in North wing of Sewa Bhawan (ooficer’s toilet adjacent to Room no 1A, 8th floor, Western end, north wing of Sewa Bhawan, R K puram New Delhi 110066) does not have Exhaust Fan, Jet is supplying too little water, mirror near wash basin). PLEASE ARRANGE TO provide and fix these fixtures.
I live in Sector 1 R.K. Puram, New Delhi. Some of the locality boys has made permanent volley ball base in the narrow park in front of Qr. No. 925, 922, 921, 972, 931, etc. which is meant only for little kids. Every time nuisance has made in the park. They almost en roached half park and plays with nuisance as some of anti-social elements are also comes to see the permanent base. The park is meant only for grass and trees for local bodies. Volley balls comes directly to the houses and also on the vehicles standing in front of the house. The area people are facing very difficulty to it. Please remove the enroached base from the park and put some trees and grass on it.
Please refer to my removal of vegetation from terrace, roof and walls complaint Nos. 8882994 of 26 Sep 15, 9167250 of 01 Dec 15, 9428673 of 01 Feb 16 and 9533796 of 26 Feb 16. It was intimated by the CPWD Sewa through SMS that all the complaints had already been attended. But the fact is that nobody has come to do the work. Request to take necessary action against those responsible for clearing this complaint and do the needful to attend the periodic complaint of vegetation.

I had lodged a complaint on “No water” to my quarters on 27.3.2016. Since my complaint is an urgency in nature, but the CPWD , shown callousness on my complaint and as on today(28.5.2016) no attempt was made by the contractor who was entrusted with the job on 10.5.2016. So it is better known how careful is CPWD to address the grievances of the residents. Very bad performance of CPWD basically in UNIT-IV,Bhubaneswar.

Minor complaint No. 9343959 registered on 11/01/2016 for floor repairing converted into Major complaint No.1254816 and then converted into periodical upgradation and was not being attended since its registration till 9/5/2016. On 9/5/2016, two persons came and just tried to refix only two tiles and left the major work which was supposed to be attend on the pretext that they do not have the cutter and will come later but they did not turn up and to my SURPRIZE. I RECEIVED THE SMS THAT THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN ATTENDED. Is it the way to attend a complaint? My old complaint may be reactivated and steps be taken soon to get the remaining work attended at the earliest please.
I made a complaint 0n 30.4.2016 (Complaint No. 9812309) regarding replacement of 3-4 tiles of a room flooring. I have received a message from CPWD call centre that complaint flooring repair (major) has been attended on 30.04.2016. I inform you that the above complaint has not been attended so far. Please look into the matter.

I have been allotted Qtr. No. 198 Type-3, Sector-1, Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi and got technical occupation letter on 15.02.2016 from service center with given me 30 days time for physical occupation.Due to the house is under Up-gradation.But laps of time more than 50 days. I still awaiting to physical occupation. Several times request have been made but no response.

I made a complaint No. 9563077 dated 03.03.2016 through CPWD Sewa for repairing of leaking drain pipe (outside) and it was assigned to WISDOM TECHSEAL, but the work is still pending for disposal after a lapse of 20 days. As a result, the wastage water is continuously leaking through pipe. Please do needful at your end for early solve this problems.
Complaint has already been attended and rectified.
Supply of water seems to be unplanned in GPRA Quarters at Gachibowli, Hyderabad. It is not known to us whether Decision makers knows about this problem or not. There may be a permanent solution for this. We have solutions for water problem. Like bulk water recycle plant for purifying water for supply for use for general purpose.
Quarter Number 6/83, Type-II, DIZ Area, Hanuman Road New Delhi was allotted to me and technical possession given on 05/01/2015. My toilet window is broken since one year. I visited to cpwd maintenance inquiry several times and registered my complaint. The CPWD maintenance staff visit my quarter for two or three times and they have advised me verbally to solve the complaints, but since one year the problems still pending. I am leaving in ground floor it is security prone. As it very risky for security vise.

Since last 7 years I am the resident of Q.No.89, Type II quarters, Laxmi Bai Nagar is requesting for Non-Possession Certificate for the Q.No. 96 Type-II Laxmi Bai Nagar, New Delhi which I was allotted on 16.10.2007 and was kept for completion of work upto 31.5.2008. Under completion I didn’t take the said quarter and then I was allotted Q.No. 89, where I am living since May, 2009. All efforts have been made but in vain, recently I have sent two letters dated 23.10.2015 and 26.12.2015 respectively through speed post addressed to the JE/AE (Civil/Electrical), CPWD, Laxmi Bai Naar, New Delhi, which have been received by the concerned office. I have not received any reply till date, I am an employee working in Delhi Secretariat and I would like to bring to your kind notice that. I am unable to take leave and personally visit CPWD office. I shall be highly obliged and thankful, if appropriate action is taken.

Quarter Number 102, Type-IV in Laxmibai Nagar was allotted to me and technical possession given on 29/10/2015 with 60 days time. 60 days expired on 28/12/2015 and quarter is not fully ready for residing. The JE concerned Mr. Dinesh Chandra assured me to get all things completed by 6th or 7th of January 2016 and he advised verbally to get Water and Electric connection done and shift to that quarter. Accordingly, Water & Electric connection was got done by me on 7th January 16th afternoon but water supply system was disconnected somewhere.
I called JE in the evening on 7th Jan over his phone( 9654626313) but he did not pick up. On 8/1/16 no water supply was there. So, I went to CPWD Office Laxmibai Nagar. But due to 2nd Saturdaty there was no JE/AE. Some staff were there including plumbers and thus I requested them to do something so that water may be available. But there was no response. I was in need of water for cleaning the quarter but unable to do so. Then compellingly, I informed Executive Engineer over phone through SMS and he responded immediately and known my genuine problem and after his intervention water supply was made available on 9/1/16 in the evening time.
Accordingly, I shifted my family on 10/1/16 morning. But, regret to say that left out work being done in a casual manner by the staff and following are the work yet to be completed:-
i) Over head tank are to be changed and no drop of water reaching to the water tank.
ii) Drainage system of bathroom is blocked and we are using toilet for bathing/washing clothes also.
iii)Slab of kitchen is lying on ground which is to be fitted.
iv) Glasses are to be fitted in some windows which are open and cold wind coming in the quarter.
v) Exhaust Fan is lying in the quarter which could not be fitted in the Toilet due to water pipe over the hole.
I have reported to Executive Engineer also from time to time since 9/1/16 but above work still unattended. I have also sent SMS to JE and Executive Engineer explaining the above condition. I have not yet been given possession properly and thus I am unable to submit the documents to my employer/Department.
