Guidelines For General Trade License Processing
Issue of New License :
License Validity Period :
1 Year or 3 Year as the case may be and valid up to 31st March of the Financial Year.
Charges associated with the License :
** Service Charges – Rs.50-00 will be collected at the time of Submission of Application Form for New Trade/Storage License
** Processing Charges – Rs.500-00 will be collected at the time of Submission of Application Form for New Trade/Storage License
** License Fee – Annual License Charges will depend on the trade type as mentioned in the table 3 above and will be collected only for approved applications.
** Transaction Charges – These charges will be collected for approved applications along with the Annual License Fee and the charges will be depending on the size of transaction (registration charges + license fee).
Rs. 5/- for the transactions upto Rs. 500-00
Rs. 10/- for the transactions above Rs. 500-00 and below Rs.1,00,000-00
Rs. 100/- for the transactions above Rs.1,00,000/-

Doc Id** Description :
** Proof of ownership for leasehold plots/freehold plots/copy of lease deed/conveyance deed and in case the lease & conveyance deed have not been executed, copy of auction letter/allotment letter/possession letter/NOC.
** Two copies of sanctioned building Plans & sanction letter [in case of unauthorized regularized areas-copy of regularization Plans of existing structures(s) in blue print]. Copy of shed/structure allotted by DSIDC, DDA, DI or any other land owning authorities.
** One copy of site & key plan each in blue print.
** Affidavit in prescribed language on Rs.10/- stamp paper duly attested by Notary Public, mentioning therein that the building has been constructed as per sanctioned Plan/ regularization Plan & if at any stage, any kind of unauthorized/irregularisable structure.
** Constitution of firm, if any.
** Details of manually operated machines.
** Consent from DPCC & DFS, if the trade is apparently polluting in nature & prone to fire.
** Copy of receipts of payments made towards conversion charges, if applicable.
** Original license of the non-conforming site. (In Case , where allotment is in lieu of the Non-confirming site)
** Affidavit reg. stopping the mfg. activity at the non-conforming site.(In Case , where allotment is in lieu of the Non-confirming site)
** Proof of tenancy/ legal occupancy,
