Application Form for Registration of a Motor Vehicle :
Applicant can fill an application e-form for Registration of a Motor Vehicle under the department of Transport

How to apply :
The applicant who wants to apply for registration of a motor vehicle shall submit the e-Form duly filled-in. He/she shall state true facts in the application. Follow below instructions to access the application,
** Click on Services and Forms on the portal.
** From the department list, select Transport.
** List of all services under the department will be displayed. Depending on the method of submission, click one of the links displayed under Action.
** Acknowledgement with a unique acknowledgment number will be provided.
** Using the unique registration number, the applicant can check the status of the application on the state portal.
** Once the status is complete the user has to meet the concerned department person along with the required original documents and collect the certificate from the department person.
