How To Request For Certified Copy of ROR Process?

Banglarbhumi Online Request for Certified Copy of ROR/Plot Information/Plot Map – Process

Step 1: To apply for Certified Copy of ROR/ Copy of Plot Information/ Copy of Plot Map Go to Service Delivery -> ROR Request/PI Request/Plot Map Request, fill up the details and press ‘calculate fee’. Proceed for payment option, in case after successful payment through ‘online mode’ of GRIPS and no response came back to this end, then also use Service Delivery -> Request GRN Search to verify your payment and register the case.

Step 2: If fees paid through ‘online mode’ (Netbanking and Debit Card option of GRIPS) then user will get receipt message immediately. If fees paid through ‘counter payment’ option of GRIPS then goto Service Delivery -> Request GRN Search to verify your payment and avail signed copy. In Case after successful payment through ‘online mode’ of GRIPS and no response came back to this end, then also use Service Delivery -> Request GRN Search to verify your payment and avail signed copy.

N.B. :
The additional amount of court fee (if required) should be submitted to the concerned office before receiving the copy of ROR only.]

Service of Plot Maps :
Citizen can get the individual Plot map service along with adjacent plots with dimensions in a A4 size stationary by paying the requisite court fee.

What is Raiyat & Khatian?

** A person owning parcel(s) of land in a mauza is a Raiyat and details of his or her ownership, use(s) of land, revenue payable, etc. constitute his or her record of right or KHATIAN.
** The number of Raiyats in the State is over 40 million. These maps and records are Public Documents.
** Maps and records are required to update due to change of ownership or use of land.
** This is done by drawing Mutation & Conversion proceedings under appropriate provisions of law.
** These proceedings also constitute Public Documents.
** Certified copies of and Information regarding these documents can be obtained after paying requisite charges.

1. My khatian number is 89 and DAG number is 28. I deposited all necessary papers and money for ROR at Katwa BLRO office but till now nothing has been done. Please do something.

2. I want to know, whether the 02 Katha Land at Baruipur Panchayat area (1/2 portion filled and 1/2 portion is Doba) may be converted for Vastu or otherwise. Please let me know the procedure for conversion from Doba to Vastu as a small area like 02 katha.

3. Record in the name of my late mother, I want to record of my share, we are eight co share four brother and four sister. I want to record only my share,what kind of documents required and procedure to apply.?

4. I want to know that in Plot No 19408 under Mouza, Bishunupu Municipality J.L No 101 of Bankura Dist. West Bengal, the details of 0.250 Acres have been shown out of 0.500 Acres of Total Land. The Details of balance 0.250 Acres have not been found in the ROR Details of the above said Plot No 19408.

My plot of land already been Registered on 2014. Mutation & conversion also done. But status shows, sorry to inform you that , at the site ” KNOW Your Property” is not showing & reflecting that up to 2012 can be had, Rest not yet been updated. Thanks
