Passport Office of Chandigarh :

Introduction :
Passport office, Chandigarh was dedicated to Nation on 3rd Oct 1969.

It serves the Union Territory of Chandigarh, 12 districts of Punjab, namely SAS Nagar, Fatehgarh Sahib, Ropar, Bathinda, Sangrur, Barnala, Patiala, Mansa, Ludhiana, Khanna, Jagraon, Moga and 12 districts of Haryana, namely Panchkula, Ambala, Jind, Karnal, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Panipat, Bhiwani, Yamuna nagar, Hissar, Fatehabad, Sirsa. Note :
In addition, Passport Office will be closed on National Holidays i.e. Republic Day (26th January), Independence Day (15th August) and Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October).

For PSK Ludhiana :
The Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh will conduct Passport Mela on 28th March 2015 at Passport Seva Kendra, Ludhiana, Akashdeep Complex, Gyan Singh Rarewala Market, Ludhiana. All applicants who intend to apply for Fresh/ Re-issue under Normal category can apply on this date. The applicant should come with printout of ARN sheet after registering on the website along with all requisite documents in original. For this date, appointment will be released on 20th March 2015 (Friday). Applicants should come with scheduled appointment date and time on this date i.e. 28.Mar.2015. No walk-in applications will be entertained in Passport Mela.

For PSK Ambala :
The Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh will conduct Passport Mela on 28th March 2015 at Passport Seva Kendra, Ambala, Plot No-2014 A, Chandigarh Road, Ambala. All applicants who intend to apply for Fresh/ Re-issue under Normal category can apply on this date. The applicant should come with printout of ARN sheet after registering on the website

For PSK Chandigarh :
The Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh will conduct Passport Mela on 11th April 2015 at Passport Seva Kendra, Plot No. 50, Adarsh Lifestyle Mall, Industrial Area Phase II,Chandigarh. All applicants who intend to apply for Fresh/ Re-issue under Normal category can apply on this date. The applicant should come with printout of ARN sheet after registering on the website
