Note :
** There should be single space between COMP, Consumer Number and Complaint Type Code.
** Enter Complaint Type Code from above mentioned list. If complaint type code is not entered then it will be treated as default option β€œ2”.
** Enter Consumer Number which is mentioned in your electricity bill.
** To get list of Complaint Type and Complaint Type Code on your mobile, type Help and send SMS on 8469155333.
** Once your complaint is logged successfully, you will receive complaint number on your mobile.

PGVCL Quick Online Payment

1. Fill all the necessary details in Payment Detail and submit the request.
2. Verify Payment Detail and process further by clicking on the Pay Now button.
3. Quick Online Pay screen will be redirected to Payment Gateway.

4. After completion of payment, Payment Acknowledgement will be displayed.
5. You may take a print-out of the payment acknowledgement by clicking on the Save & Print button.

6. Transaction processing fees for Net Banking is Nil for one transaction per bill. For more than one transaction per bill, processing charges of Rs. 2.50 per transaction shall be debited to the consumers.

7. Wallets and other EBPP channels is Nil for one transaction per bill.For more than one transaction per bill, processing charges of Rs. 2.50 per transaction shall be debited to the consumers.

8. Transaction processing fees for Debit Cards is 0.75% of Transaction amount for value upto Rs. 2000.00/- Plus Applicable Service Tax, 1.00% of Transaction amount for value above Rs. 2000.00/- Plus Applicable Service Tax [Subject to Min of Rs. 5.00/- Plus Applicable Service Tax] will be charged to the customer.

9. Transaction processing fees for Credit Cards is 1.00% of Transaction amount Plus Applicable Service Tax [Subject to Min of Rs. 5.00/- Plus Applicable Service Tax] will be charged to the customer.

There is power cut in adipur bhakti nagar, while i called the customer care there he told that it is rainy season and fidder has folty….at the time of rain power cut is siply cut and they answer like this, as we paid the bill for this and it is not them responsibility to resolve this permanently

  2. No power supply from electric poll from 12/6/22 at Saktinagar raliway colony many times inform to pgvcl Hvd but not outright up too now why not outright up tii now give reasen Adress saktinbagar railway coloney nearsukpur railway station

  3. In case of faulty meter why should consumer be charged. The owner of electricity meter is electricity board.( example if you hire auto, if puncture in found in auto, why should passenger pay puncture charge.)Also we are retired senior citizens without pension so how can we pay huge bills due to faulty meter.
