eSahaj Security Clearance System
eSahaj Security Clearance System allows organizations/firms/companies/individuals to apply for security clearance from anywhere over Internet. The types of security clearances, various facilities and features available on this portal are elaborated in the user help manual.
After submission of the application, it is requested to take print-out of the submitted application and check, if any discrepenacy found please inform to Technical Support Team, eSahaj Portal/MoCA.(support-esahaj[at]nic[dot]in).

How To Register?

Step-2 : Enter the Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Step-3 : Submit Registration Form.
Instructions
** This form is for online registration of organizations or individuals seeking for security clearance to work in aviation sector.
** Registration of organizations/firms/companies is to be done once, by the person authorized by the same.
** Registration of an individual applying for security clearance, is to be done by himself on the portal.
** Person doing the registration for himself or on behalf of any organization/firm/company will be authenticated through OTP and also a documentary ID proof needs to be attached.
** On successful registration by the portal,a registration ID will generated by the system to be used as login Id and it will be sent to the registrant’s email. The password will be sent on the registered mobile number.
** After successful registration, user needs to logged in to the portal to fill and submit the applicable security clearance form.
** User will be prompted to change the system generated password to his own password.

** Currently Total 13 type of security clearances covered.

** Applicant can submit request online to withdraw an already submitted application. If the concerned section/ organisation has not forwarded it further, it may at its discretion permit returning of the said application online on the portal. In any case, the complete record of the already submitted application would continue in the portal and will not be removed.
