CDSCO Online System For Medical Devices

The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation(CDSCO) under Directorate General of Health Services,Ministry of Health & Family Welfare,Government of India is the National Regulatory Authority (NRA) of India.

Its headquarter is located at FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi 110002 and also has six zonal offices,four sub zonal offices,thirteen Port offices and seven laboratories spread across the country.

Under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, CDSCO is responsible for approval of New Drugs, Conduct of Clinical Trials, laying down the standards for Drugs, control over the quality of imported Drugs in the country and coordination of the activities of State Drug Control Organizations by providing expert advice with a view of bring about the uniformity in the enforcement of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

How To Login Into The System?

** User can login the system with the correct User Name and Password credentials
** After successful login to the application the system will show a Dashboard there you can see the multiple information

Various options are available on the dashboard as described below :
Submit application:For Fresh Application Click on Submit Application Button.
Saved (Draft) Applications:To view the pending/incomplete applications click on Saved (Draft) Applications.
Submitted Application:To view the status of submitted applications click on “Submitted Application” link.
Approved Application: This session used to store the Approved Application.
Rejected Application: This interface is reserved for Rejected Applications
Withdrawn Application :This link is to view all Withdrawn Applications
Query Raised/ Responded:This link is to help query raised by CDSCO

Change Password:
** If the user want to change their password then they can click on ‘Change Password’ link
** After clicking the “Change Password” link you can see a new screen where you can change the old password with the new one.
** After enter the new password click on “save” button and the password will be saved with the new one.

How To Check Form Application Status?

Step-1 : Go to the link https://www.cdscomdonline.gov.in/NewMedDev/FormStatus
Step-2 : Select Form
Step-3 : Enter File Number
Step-4 : Select a method of choice to receive a new One Time PIN (OTP), which you can use to check Application Status
Step-5 : Verify OTP to know your application status.
