Water Meter Charges
A. Check outstanding Water Meter Charges : suratmunicipal.gov.in/epay/EWtrMtr/EWtrMtrDefault.aspx
** Enter Ward / Connection Number
** Please enter two digit Ward Number and five digit Connection Number. (e.g. 15/XXXXX)
** Get pending amount
Note : The e Pay Service will be unavailable due to maintenance during 23:30 to 00:30 hours daily.

C. Check Status of Transaction & reprint receipt :
** Enter Ward / Connection Number
** Enter Email ID
** Enter Transaction ID
** Enter Reference No
** Get Status

II. Water Meter Charges (as per agreement) Information
A. Check outstanding Water Meter Charges :suratmunicipal.gov.in/epay/EHydWtrMtr/EHydWtrMtrDefault.aspx
** Select Connection Zone/Office
** Enter Ward / Connection No
** Get pending amount and pay the amount

B. Check Status of Transaction & reprint receipt :
** Select Connection Zone/Office
** Enter Ward / Connection No
** Enter Email ID
** Enter Transaction ID
** Enter Reference No
** Get Status
