Kotak Bank Commercial Banking customer can pay their Loan EMI through the various options.

WebPAY service. :
The WebPay service enable you to make your Loan EMI payment online through any of your Non-Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account. You can pay from over 30 major Banks.

Steps for making payment :
** Accept the Term & Conditions
** Provide your Kotak Mahindra Bank’s loan account or CRN details
** Confirm your payment by login to your Bank’s Netbanking user id and password
** Receive online confirmation

Features :
** You can make payment of EMI of any amount
** This facility is applicable only for Commercial Vehicle (CV), Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV), Saral Loan (SA), Construction Equipment (CE), Tractor Finance Equipment (TFE), Gold Loan (GLN) and Rural Housing and Business Loan (RHBL).
** Amount received will be adjusted against your instalment (i.e. as EMI to your loan account only).

Pay via Suvidhaa :
We are happy to extend our reach to you through our growing network and partners. Our partnership with Suvidhaa facilitates our Customers to make payments towards their Loan EMI in cash at any of the registered Suvidhaa outlets Pan India. This service is available on close to 20,000 registered outlets covering more than 2000 cities/towns in 28 states.

Easy steps for making payment
** Walk-in to any of the registered retail outlets of Suvidhaa
** Provide your Loan account No., mobile number and EMI amount
** Receive one time password on your Mobile with payment amount
** Provide one time password to retailer and make payment for the EMI amount in cash.
** Collect receipt copy from outlet and check transaction number and the amount received. The receipt will have the Kotak Mahindra Bank’s logo.

Features :
** You can make payment of your EMI at any of the registered outlet.
** For payment above Rs. 50,000/-, your PAN Card should be updated with us.
** To update PAN or locate nearest Suvidha outlet please call customer service no. 180020905600 between 9 :30 – 6:30 from Monday to Saturday.
** You can also SMS SUV <Space> FIND <Space> <PINCODE> and send to 56070 (example : SUV FIND 400097)

** Login to your Non Kotak Bank – Net Banking site
** Go to NEFT / RTGS / IMPS option
** Select Transfer option using NEFT / RTGS / IMPS

Enter Beneficiary Details :
** Beneficiary Name : << Name of the person holding Loan Account >>
** Account Type : << Loan Account/ Cash Credit >>
** Beneficiary Account No. : << Full Loan Account No. >>
** Example – CV1234, CE1235 etc. (These account nos. are just an illustration, customer has to enter his/her loan account number without space and special characters. Alphabets should be in Capital letters)
** Select Branch Details
** IFSC Code : KKBK0000631
** Bank Name : Kotak Mahindra Bank
** Verify and Confirm Details
** Confirm Registration of Beneficiary
** Make Payment
** Select “Beneficiary”
** Enter “Transaction amount”
** Verify Details
** Authenticate
