Procedure for shipfting of employees under “Orders to Serve” from AP to Telangana (G.O.Ms no 241 GAD(SR) Dept Dt 01.06.2014):
** In view of reorganisation of Andhra Pradesh state, the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.241 GA(SR) Dept, Dt.01-06-2014, have issued orders to certain employees under “Orders to serve” and directed all HODs to relieve such employees by 01-06-2014, with instructions to the individuals to report in counterpart offices in Telangana state on 02-06-2014.
** The activity might have been completed in all offices physically, but the same have to be carried out in HRMS package so as to generate the paybills of employees for the month of July-2014 onwards.
** In this connection, it is informed that the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.116 Fin(TFR) Dept, Dt.16-05-2014 has issued orders creating new DDO codes for all HODs in Andhra Pradesh state (27 series) leaving the existing DDO codes ( 25 series) to the HODs of Telangana. Since the DDO codes (25 series) were used by the HODs of combined state prior to 02-06-2014, the entire employee data mapped to these DDO codes are now accessible to the HODs of Telangana state, due to which the HODs of Andhra Pradesh state are not in a position to issue shifting orders in HRMS package to the employees who are under “Orders to Serve” as the employee data is not accessible them wef 02-06-2014.
** To overcome this problem, the entire employee data mapped to the DDO codes of HODs (25 series) in combined state is shifted to the corresponding new DDO codes created for the DDOs of Andhra Pradesh state (27 series) by the DTA. As such, the entire employee data hither to mapped to the DDO codes of Erstwhile Andhra Pradesh state is now available in the logins of corresponding new DDO codes. Therefore, the DDOs of residuary Andhra Pradesh state have to login with their new DDO codes created vide G.O.Ms.No.116 Fin(TFR) Dept, Dt.16-05-2014 and enter the details of employees who are under “Orders to Serve” in the following screens. The employees whose data is entered in the above screens, shall automatically gets mapped to respective DDOs of Telangana state which facilitate drawal of salary in that state.

The screen shots and the procedure how to fill the form is detailed below.

Ist screen :
This screen is for use of HODs of Andhra Pradesh state.

Procedure :
** The above screen shot is used for shifting of an employee from the DDO of A.P. to his counterpart DDO in Telangana
** The employee code who is under orders to serve should be entered in the column “Emp code” and press tab. The details of the employee along with his pay particulars will be displayed.
** Confirm the correctness of employee entered with the details displayed by the system.
** Enter the DDO code to which the employee is to be shifted. Here, the DDO code of the corresponding HOD in Telangan state, will be displayed.
** If the details entered are correct, Press “Submit” button.
** This completes the movement of one employee from Andhra Pradesh state to Telanagana state.
** Repeat the process for all the employees under “Orders to Serve”

2nd screen :
Before using the 2nd screen for acceptance of employees under orders to serve, the DDOs of Telangana state have to approach the PAO, Telangana for creation bill IDs and cadre strengths. Once this is completed, the DDOs can start accepting the following screen.

Procedure :
** The above screen is for use of HODs of Telangana state.
** The above screen is used for acceptance of employees who is shifted to Telangana state from Andhra Pradesh state.
** Enter the employee code who is under orders to serve and who is already shifted by his A.P. Counterpart.
** The details of employee is displayed
** Confirm the correctness of employee code entered with reference to the details displayed
** Map the employee to a bill ID and press Submit.
** This completes the movement of employee from Andhra Pradesh to and acceptance by DDOs of Telangana.
** Repeat the process for all employees who are under orders to serve.

Note:
All Employees are requested upload the data for Multi Purpose Cards Think positively and get glorious results.
