What is SRM University Certificate Requisition Portal?

The SRM Institute Certificate Requisition Portal is implemented for the Students/Alumni to apply and get their Transcript/Attested copies/Duplicate certificate and Grade sheets/Migration certificate in a convenient manner. Only the Student/Alumnus is authorized to use this portal. Unauthorized usage will be taken seriously. Students/Alumni are requested to read and follow the Instructions given in the application forms available in the Certificate Requisition Portal before proceeding to apply.

How To Register For SRM Institute Certificate Requisition Portal?

To Register For SRM University Certificate Requisition Portal, Follow the below steps

Login:
To Login please follow steps below,
Step-1: Enter Register No
Step-2: Enter DOB
Step-3: Enter Word verification
Step-4: Click “Log In” Button

Registration:
On Successful login, user can have access to registration page
Step-1: Enter mobile no
Step-2: Enter Alt Mobile
Step-3: Enter Email id
Step-4: Enter Alt Email id
Step-5: Click “Submit” Button

Note: Verify the details and click OK in registration page

Home Page:
On Successful registration, user can have access to Home page

Profile:
To view the profile, click Profile menu under Home Button. Click “profile” Button

Transcript:
** To request transcript, click Transcript menu under Applications button. Click “Transcript” Button
** Enter the No of sets of Transcripts required in Transcript Application Form.
** Provide the preference to get Transcript in Envelope sealed and signed.
** (Number of sets of Transcript required*2) = Number of Transcript not to be sealed + Number of Transcripts to be sealed per envelope. Check the value as shown in Figure 5.3.
** Please select the mode of collection of documents.
** Please enter the required details, based on the mode of collection of documents
** Please upload the required documents as shown
** Kindly upload .pdf files only, maximum 3MB.
** Kindly refer the instructions link for clarification.
** Agree the Terms and conditions and select the payment mode.
** Finally Click “Proceed to pay” button

Payment:
** By Clicking “Proceed to pay” button. The page will be redirected to payment gateway
** Enter the card details and proceed.
** To view payment status, click “Payment transaction log” menu under Applications button.
** View and verify the transactions if pending
** Click “Apply New” button to apply Transcript again
