I/We hereby agree :
a) To take supply of electrical energy from The Tata Power Company Ltd. are aforesaid premises situated within their license area, not exceeding the sanctioned load of my/our installation as stated above.
b) To be bound by the MERC (Electricity Supply Code and Other Conditions of Supply) Regulations, 2005 & as amended from time to time & to provide necessary security deposit as specified therein.

c) To be bound by the provisions of MERC order dated 15th Oct. 2009 in Case No. 50 of 2009 pertaining to interim arrangement for Mumbai North area customer changeover by usage of network infrastructure of Existing Distribution License and any further MERC orders / regulations or otherwise regarding the same.

d) To be bound by the provisions of the Power Supply Agreement (for all sanctioned load of 50 KW / 63 KVAand more) & Substation Space Agreement (where substation is required) to be executed with Tata Power.
e) To pay for the said supply at the prevailing tariff rates and also to pay the charges based on the Schedule of Charges / Rates for individual connections approved by MERC for Tata Power from time to time.

f) That change of name / purpose / classification category shall not be permitted at the of name, purpose, category at a later date of continue to abide by the conditions of changeover even after change of his / her name or the purpose or the classification category.
g) Customers availling supply through R-Infra agree to pay the necessary wheeling losses / wheeling charges as approved by MERC from time to time.

Intimation can be given to Tata Power Call Centre (1800 209 5161) or Distribution Customer Acquisition Department ( 091-22-6668 8357 / 67173111 ) against which Request Registration number is issued.

Within how many days will the Tata Power Representative contact after request is registered?
Site visit is conducted by Tata Power representative within 7 days after the request is registered and the complete procedure is then explained.

What is the time frame required to get connection?
As per Standard of Performance framed by MERC, The time period for provision of supply from date of receipt to date of completed application (including submission of substation space agreement if applicable) & payment of charges are given below

** In case connection is to be from existing network – One (1) Month.
** Where extension/augmentation of distributing main is required – Three (3) Months.
** Where commission of substation is required – One (1) year.
