You can find the contact details of the Hotel from concerned website of the Hotel.
Are the room rates per room or per person?
Room rates are per room. Generally for 2 guests.
Do I have an option for group booking?
Yes we do have an option for a group booking max. Upto 20 Pax or 8 Rooms.
Can I book a room for day use?
No. Generally Hotel policy is for 1200Hrs check-In and 1100 Hrs Check-Out.
Do you offer any special discount on booking?
Discounts depends on Hotel to Hotel and same is reflected at the time of booking.
Is breakfast included in the price?
There is option for that. If you want room with breakfast there is a different rate of the room and if you want without breakfast there is a different rate of the room.
Do I have to register with IRCTC to make a reservation?
No you can make a reservation under guest login also.
Does the Hotel need a deposit?
Full Advance payment is required.
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
After receiving the payment, you will get an email and message of the confirmation on the email id and phone number provided at the time of booking. You can also go to the My account in Login Icon present on the top right side of the screen. In my Account, details of all your transactions are shown.
What is your cancellation policy?
It varies from Hotel to Hotel. While booking you can check the Hotel Cancellation policy.
How can I cancel or change my booking?
Go to My account in Login Icon present on the top right side of the screen. In my Account, details of all your transactions are shown. You can select the transaction you want to cancel and click on cancel icon.
