How To Apply For Manufacturing License In Telangana?

Procedure for getting Fresh Telangana LM Manufacturing License

1. The applicant get login for registration at LM departmental portal/meeseva.
a) Firm license No.—————
b) Name and address of the firm.———–
c) Name of the owner/director /managing /partner———–
d) Mobile /phone no. of the owner/director /managing partner———–
e) Nature of the license manufacturer/ repairer/ dealer.————-

A) In case of manufacturer,
i) Details of the w&m manufacturing
ii) Denominations/ max capacity of EWM or any other –
iii) Model approval Marks as applicable.
iv) Details of Skilled workers names and educational qualifications mobile no.
v) Details of Unskilled workers name and mobile no.s
vi) Prescribed fee Rs;10000 payment gate way through online.

Documents Required For Telangana Manufacturing License

1) Id card of the owner/director /managing /partner
2) List of tools
3) List of loan articles
4) Rental deed / in case of owned tax paid receipt
5) Trade license valid for the period
6) Model approval marks copies in Case of EWM
7) Copy of gst/ vat
8) Affidavit from the owner/director /managing /partner for complying the lm act and rules.
9) Affidavit from skilled workers
10) The maximum time limit for the service is 60 days.

Application Fees For Telangana Manufacturing License

The applicants for licenses shall pay the prescribed fee for grant of their license.
** For Manufacturing License-Rs 10000
** For Repairing License –Rs 5000
** For Dealing License – Rs 2000
** If any alterations involved Rs 500/- for each alteration.

Procedure For Getting License Auto Renewal

1. All the applicants for licenses (Manufacturer/Repairer/Dealer) shall prompt upload the quarterly periodical returns by end of 10th of January/April/July/October as applicable.
2. The manufacturer/Repairer/Dealer should maintain records as per Schedule-VIIA of TSLM (Enforcement) Rules, 2011.
3. The satisfactory report from concerned DLMO’s for ascertaining non contraventions of Act and Rules and license conditions.
4. The observations from DLMO’s against the licensee for contraventions of Act and Rules if any of above four report: If yes specify——————-. In case there is no contraventions of the LM Act and Rules of license conditions by the licensee, gate way for payment of fee will be allowed.

5. Payment of Fee:
** For Manufacturing License-Rs 10000
** For Repairing License –Rs 5000
** For Dealing License – Rs 2000
** If any alterations involved Rs 500/- for each alteration.

6. With respect to Repairers and Dealers the concerned Assistant Controllers are license renewal authorities and in case of manufacturers the concerned RDC’s will be license renewal authorities.
7. Subject to payment of prescribed fee the license will be renewed automatically and the renewed document will be generated and the applicant can download at his login id.
8. The maximum time limit for renewal is 30 days.
