Pay Renewal Premium Online :

** In case of Advance Premium Payment Renewal Receipt will be generated only after adjustment/allocation on the Due Date of premium

** As per IRDA guidelines, renewal premiums pertaining to next financial year dues cannot be accepted. Request you to pay premium after 01.04.2014.
** Now Online Renewal Premium payment of a policy is possible for lapsed policies also up to 5 months and 25 days from the due date.
** Please pay renewal premium of your policy within grace period only, it is in your interest.
** However Premium for SMART PERFORMER (44), UNIT PLUS SUPER (49), SARAL MAHA ANAND (50), SMART SCHOLAR (51), SMART HORIZON (52), & UNIT PLUS ELITE (53) is allowed up to 71st and 86th days from the due date for monthly and non monthly frequencies respectively.

Pay by Cheque :
Always cross your cheque made out to the insurance company directly and not to individual agent or broker. In addition always request a receipt.
Mention your policy number on the renewal premium cheque

Necessary update to be informed in writing :
Update such as change in address, contact details, nominee change can be sent in writing to the below address for better customer service.

How do I change my allocation percentage or switch between funds?
You can change your allocation percentage or switch between funds by filling the Fund Switch and Redirection Form and submitting it at the nearest SBI Life Branch. You can also fax it to us at 022-66456105

How do I change my address?
You can choose from any of the three options to change your address –
a) On the Online Customer Portal My Policy Select the ‘Address Change’ option on the portal, change your address and attach the address proof.

b) At the nearest SBI Life Branch Visit your nearest SBI Life Branch and submit the Request for Change in Contact Details Form along with the address proof.

Can I change my nominee? If yes, how?
Yes, you can change your nominee. Submit the Change in Nomination Form to us at the nearest SBI Life Branch or at the Central Processing Centre (address given below).
