The engineer or his authorised agent is bound to despatch the bills within 10days of the end of the billing period. The normal billing period is once in every two months for domestic and commercial consumers.

In respect of others, the facility may be granted only if the supplier is satisfied about the deserving nature of request for installment.

In case there is a dispute regarding the correctness of bill, you normally have to make the full payment of the full bill within due date. However if your connected load is 10KW or less you may pay only the undisputed amount out of the billed amount before raising dispute.

      You can buy led bulb near your Wesco office/Sub office. You have to pay Rs 85 per bulb (9W). Please keep your bill xerox copy.

    I (Raj Kishore Meher) am costomer and my consumer No is 512124030009 (Tool Gate/ domestic /Bargarh ). My complain is that in the month of April-16 my House totally vacated & locked upto May 3rd.2016 . In spite of these my current Bill is Rs 411/- with attached a ( gate-locked photograph Bill of my house). I think Bill will come according to the last March2016(Bill). So I request you to kindly adjust with in coming bill.

      To get a new connection you must first apply in the prescribed form (available free of cost at any local office of the licenses) in duplicate with deposit of Rs.25.00 to your local office of the licensee. You must enclose evidence of ownership or occupation of the premises and its sketch map with the application form.
