Instructions On KSFE Payment

** All online payments towards user accounts will be reflected in respective Branch Accounts within 24 Hours unless some processing work or maintenance activity is being done or some unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
** An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer once the online payment gets accounted at branch accounts.
** In case you do not receive a success status after initiating a transaction, please wait for the final confirmation for 2 working days.
** If your bank account has been debited after an unsuccessful transaction and the amount is not recredited within 7 working days, contact your bank and register a complaint on the bank’s customer portal immediately.
** Subscribers wishing to participate in the chitty auction are required to make their remittances atleast one day prior to the auction date for the sake of convenience. If anyone happens to make a remittance on the due date of the auction after 11:00 AM IST, it has to be immediately brought to the notice of the branch concerned for inclusion.
** Available payment methods: Net Banking, Debit Card and UPI
** Transactions will not be allowed from 11:50 PM to 12:10 AM IST due to scheduled activities
