What should I do if payment deducted from bank account but receipt not generated?
If bank account is debited, but receipt not generated, the consumers are advised to wait for at least 24 hr for settlement of payment before re-initiating the payment.

What should I do if my account got debited twice?
The excess payment received towards bill payment is adjusted in the next bill.

What are the facilities available in consumer login?
Following facilities are available under consumer login-
a. Single sign-on for all online services of UPCL.
b. New Connection registration.
c. Multiple electricity account management.
d. Bill history and payment history against all the registered connections.
e. Complaint and request registration against all the registered connections.
f. Status tracking for New connection request, complaint / request.
g. All type of payments including new connection, load enhancement, billing dues etc.
h. Registration of email / mobile against electricity connection

How to create new user login?
a. Click to User Login.
b. Sign-Up to create new user.
c. Enter details i.e., Mobile no. Email id and create password.
d. Click on Register button to register user.

How to update or register mobile no. against any connection?
From Homepage:
a. Go to Signup page.
b. Click on Register your Number.
c. Enter details i.e., Account no., Meter no. and Mobile no.
d. Click on register button.

From Dashboard:
a. After Login, click on Link Your Account from Dashboard.
b. Enter details i.e., Account no., Meter no. and Mobile no.
c. Click on register button.

How to register for alerts?
a. On Support service menu link, click on Register for Bill Alerts.
b. Enter Details i.e., Account no., Service connection no., Mobile no. and Email Address.
c. Click on submit Button.

How to de-register my mobile no?
a. Go to dashboard after login
b. Click on Total Connection Type.
c. Select the account you want to de-register.
d. Expand the account details or service no.
e. Click on deregister account button and confirm.

How to view the bill details / download soft copy of latest bill?
From Homepage:
a. On Online Payment Service menu link, Click on View bill/payment.
b. Enter Details i.e., Service no. / Account no. and Captcha.
c. Click on Download bill.

From Dashboard:
a. User after login, Click on View all accounts.
b. Click on Download bill for respective accounts.
