** For value more than 500/- but up to 1000/- fee is Rs.18/-
** For every additional 1000/- or part Rs.15/-

1. Mortgage with possession Registration Fee is Calculated Based on Consideration Value Fee calculation applicable is same as in case of Sale Transactions

3. Mortgage without possession executed by Govt. servant in f/o of Govt Fee is exempted in this case
