Application of Retail Foodstuff License :
This application is for Applying for retail license to sell food stuff.

Process Workflow :
Below is the high level process an application undergoes from the time application is submitted till the application is processed completely.

** Get SMS/Email updates on the application progress4
** Check latest status at eservices.goa.gov.in

Instructions to fill online application :
** Field in the application form Purpose of the field
** Applicant’s Name
** Full Name of the Applicant
** Mobile Number
** Mobile Number of the applicant
** Email Id
** Email ID of the applicant
** Id Proof
** Permanent Application Number (PAN) or
** (E.P.I.C) Card number.
** Enter The ID Proof
** Please enter the ID Proof Number of the ID selected above Address Details :

Applicant’s Profession :
** Mention Applicant’s Profession
** How long has the applicant been trading in foodstuffs-
** How long has the applicant been trading in foodstuffs- Situation of applicant’s place of business House No

Village :
Village for Place of Business Quantities of foodstuffs handled during the last 3 years (Use add/Delete buttons to add/remove data for 3 years)

Food Quantity :
Food Quantity Quantities of foodstuffs likely to be handled during the current year (Use add/Delete buttons to add/remove data)

Security Validation :
** Please enter the security validation code that was displayed in the image.
** After filling all the details the Applicant has to click the submit button, in order to for the department to receive the application and process it.

Status Enquiry :
Applicant can receive status updates as the application progresses via SMS or email or on the web.
The Applicant can check the status of the application using eservices.goa.gov.in by providing the PAN Card Number/ E.P.I.C Card Number/ Application Number.

All the fields marked with * are mandatory. Please ensure mandatory fields are entered before submitting the application. If any mandatory field is not supplied, the application prompts similar to an error message that is shown in the below example :
