Approval of Building Plan :

** Building permits are required to ensure that all buildings are constructed in a safe and healthful manner. They are also required to insure that the building does not interfere with life and structural safety elements in an existing building.

** We all need protection from tragedy due to fire, structural collapse and general deterioration of the structures around us. Obtaining a Building Permit provides the owner with expert advice and methods to ensure that those needs are fulfilled
** Building permits are required in case of New Building Construction or in case of Renovation in an existing building.

Work Flow Process For Building Plan For Municipal Corporation :
** Applicant submits a file certified by the registered Architect of Municipal Corporation / HUDA Applicant will get a receipt from the MC Facilitation Desk
** File goes to Building Inspector / JE for verification & feasibility check Is Feasible Applicant will be informed by SMS or Speed Post
** No File will goes to M.E. E.O. MC, Yamunanagar File goes to D.T.P For Residancial Area File goes to Commissioner File is processed within 10 working days and conveyed to the applicant
** 7 days Preliminary Scrutiny of Documents Applicant is informed of the discrepancy by makin remarks on the check list No
** If File is OK Yes For Commercial Area 25 days
** Applicant will get their Sanctioned Building Plan at the Receipt Counter
