How To Get MCD Teh Bazari Permit?

MCD Thez Bazari (Squatting) Permits will be granted for the following Categories.

How To Renew Tehbazari Permit?

Guidelines/Rules for issuing Tehbazari Renewal of Permits :

Permit Validity Period :
One Year and valid up to 31st March of the Financial Year.

Permit Renewal Period and Late Fee Charges :
** Valid (non-expired) Permits can be renewed from the month of March to April without any late fees (1 month grace period will be given for renewal of license). In other words, the permits can be renewed prior to 30 days from the date of expiry and within one month after expiry without any late fee.

** Expired Permits renewed with in year after the expiry of validity of existing Permit : a penalty of 5% of fee per month will be imposed.

** Expired Permits renewed after 1 year – Late Fee Charges will be double the Annual Permit Fee for evy expired year + 5% of Permit Fee per month for part months, if any.
(i.e. Late Fee = Permit Fee X 2 X No. of years + (5% of Permit Fee X part months), if any)

Charges associated with the Renewal of Permits :
** Permit Renewal Fee – Annual Renewal Fee will be as Annual Permit Charges (as mentioned in the table 4). For every three years, 10% will be increased on the last annual permit fee. War Widows and PCO Booths of Handicapped Persons are exempted from the increase of the renewal charges.

** Transaction Charges – These charges will be collected for approved applications and the charges will be depending on the size of transaction.
Rs. 5/- for the transactions upto Rs. 500-00
Rs. 10/- for the transactions above Rs. 500-00 and below Rs.1,00,000-00
Rs. 100/- for the transactions above Rs.1,00,000/-

Service Centers :
Renewal of permits will be done at the respective Zonal CSB Centers.

The Thebazari/squatting sites in other areas fall under Class II Category. For instance, all the squatting sites under the following areas fall under Class II Categoroy. Urban Areas of city north zone, City Zone, Sardar Pahar Gunj, Karol Bagh, South Zone, Wesst Zone, Rehabiliation colonies and main bazaars of Shardara (excluding urbanized village of all zones), urbas areas of Shahdara, Townships of Mehrauli, Najafgarh, Narela, Badarpur, Azadpur, Nangloi, .
