The CTU is providing following services for which the Form and procedures as under :
A. Procedures for Concessional Bus Passes. :
For this service the applicant has to complete the following procedures.
1. Filling up of Filling up of prescribed Bus pass form.
2. Attested photo copy of Residence proof.
3. Attestation of “Pass Form” from the concerned Institution.
For the purpose of residence proof the followings documents can be used. :
i) Ration Card.
i i) Voter ID Card.
iii) Driving Licence.
iv) Passport.
v)Dependent Card/Certificate issued by the Department Govt. Servants).
vi) Certificate issued by SDM/DC regarding cast/domicile etc.
vii) Affidavit issued by the Magistrate & ID Card of the Institute. In case of non-availability of any residence proof an affidavit issued by the Magistrate & ID Card of the Institute is necessarily required.
viii)AADHAR Card.

Rates &Types of Bus Pass Concessions : .
C.T.U. provides following bus pass facility to the general public at ISBT, Sector-17, Chandigarh :-
Holiday pass (Saturday and Sunday) for A.C Buses
AT Rs.50/- and for Orderinary Buses AT Rs.30/-
(b) Student passes (Point to point) Unlimited Rs.60/- per m onth (within Chd.U.T)
(c) Employees passes (point to point) Rs.85/- per month U .T. Secretariat employees only)
(d) General Passes ( Unlimited) Rs.350/- per month (for general public within Chd.U.T)
(e) General Inter State Pass AT 40 single fare/p.m.
(f) Inter State Student Pass AT 25 single fare/p.m.
The above rates of bus passes are subject to revision from time to time. The timing of issuing of bus passes for Sub-Urban categories at ISBT-17 is 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The facility for intercity bus passes is available at the Sampark Centers, located in various Sectors of Chandigarh, from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM, six day in a week, except Holidays.
