How to Apply eVisitor Temporary Pass?
Read the Instructions carefully before proceeding for filling up the online Temporary Pass application form:
Following are required to be kept handy before applying online
1. Scanned Photograph along with Signature (JPEG/JPG format, size less than 20 KB resolution size)
2. Scanned copy of Id proof in PDF format(Size less than 2 MB)
3. Company/Vendor Name with address and contact no
4. Scanned copy of Work order/Appointment document in PDF format(Size less than 2 MB)
5. Police clearance certificate (Attached with Work order/Appointment document into single PDF file If id proof document is other than passport)
6. A copy of the recommendation of JS (Admin.) of the concerned Ministry/Department with proper justification in case of an OPEN temporary pass to non-officials is required to be uploaded along with Work order/Appointment document into single PDF file
eVisitor Temporary Pass Steps for Online Registration
STEP 1: Click on the Temporary Pass link for Temporary pass form, If applicant is applying first time then applicant have to verify his/her Mobile no and email id through OTP.
STEP 2: After Successful verification Submission of Applicant’s Personal Details. All fields are required to be filled.
STEP 3: Uploading of scanned Photograph along with Signature and id proof as per the limit mentioned.
STEP 4: After completion of Personal Details, Applicant has to request for temporary pass according to his/her requirement in the next Tab(Request/update temporary pass).
** Applicant has to select New Request. Applicant has to select/ fill all the details including From date, To date, Bhawan, Ministry/department, Reporting officer, Category, Designation, Division/Group Name, Vendor/Third party details. Select additional Bhawan on Right hand side checkbox, if required.
** Applicant can view & download the Application details from the Download latest Request menu option available in his/her profile.
** In Case of Reject/Detail Sought Applicant have to modify his/her request by clicking on edit latest request and have to provide required information.
** In Case of Lost or Mutation of Temporary pass employee can apply again only after lodging FIR and paying challan. Applicant have to upload the copy of challan and FIR in single pdf file (size max 2 mb).
** Applicant can apply for Renewal of his/her Pass(In case of same work order / Appointment letter applicant applied before).
** Individual can request for Cancelation of his/her pass.
** Temporary pass application status is shown in his/her profile. Applicant can collect his/her Pass from MHA Supervisor after approval status.
