How to Apply Matsyajeebi Credit Card MJCC?
For Login as a Fisherman:
1. Click on “Fisherman Login” button.
2. Enter Your Registration Number and Click on “Send OTP” button.
3. Enter Your Login OTP and Click on “Validate OTP” button.
4. Now you are logged in successfully as Fisherman.

Apply for Matsyajeebi Credit Card:
1. Click on “Apply for MJCC” button or you can also click on “Application Form”.
2. This is the application form page. Form is divided into 5 parts.
3. You cannot edit the ‘Profile of Application’ part.
4. Fill the details of your MJCC project and your bank related information.
5. Fill the details of Location of waterbody and Insurance details of waterbody (if any).
For uploading Ownership document click on any of them options and there will be two options to select (Own/Lease).
If you select ‘Own’ then there will be appear owner partisanship type of waterbody options and if you select ‘Lease’ then there will be appear lease type of waterbody options.
6. If you choose ‘Own’ then you will have to select either ‘Single Ownership’ or ‘Multiple Ownership’.
If you choose ‘Lease’ then you will have to select either ‘Written Lease’ or ‘Oral Lease’.
7. Similarly,
If you choose ‘Multiple Ownership’ then there will be appear an option of uploading NOC from other owners.
If you choose ‘Written Lease’ then there will be appear an option of uploading Lease Agreement.
If you choose ‘Oral Lease’ then there will be appear an option of uploading Certificate of FEO for oral lease.
8. If you have a boat then fill these details.
9. In Upload Documents part you have three options for Fisherman Identity Proof Aadhar card, Fisherman Registration Card and Any other identity proof (PAN card, Voter ID card, or any other government ID proof) .
10. After selecting fisherman identity proof there will be appear a file upload option underneath of it.
11. Before submitting the form you will have to check the ‘I agree’ checkbox otherwise you will not be able to submit the application form.
12. Now you can save or submit the form.
(Note: If you just save the form then form details, for applying the form click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.)
13. After submitting the form you will see the a pop-up success message in the screen.
See Current Status of your MJCC Loan:
1. You can see your MJCC Loan status by clicking on ‘Status Timeline’.
2. This is your application status timeline page and you can track your MJCC Loan status from here.
3. You can also see your current application status form Fisherman Dashboard.
If FEO returns your form:
1. If your application returns by FEO then you can check the reasons by simply clicking on the ‘VIEW REASONS’.
2. You can see your rejection reasons by clicking on ‘VIEW REASONS’ button or you can resubmit your application by clicking on ‘RESUBMIT APPLICATION’ button.
3. You can see your rejection reasons by clicking on ‘VIEW REASONS’ button.
4. You can again re-apply the application form as same way show before.
If Bank officials rejects your form:
1. If your application rejects by Bank officials then you can check the reasons by simply clicking on the ‘VIEW REASONS’ button.
2. You can see your rejection reasons by clicking on ‘VIEW REASONS’ button or you can resubmit your application by clicking on ‘RESUBMIT APPLICATION’ button.
3. You can resubmit your application by clicking on ‘RESUBMIT APPLICATION’ button.
4. You can again re-apply the application form as same way show before.
Features of the Matsya Jeebi Credit Card (MJCC)
** All fish farmers, including small and marginal farmers, are eligible for the MatsyaJeebi Credit Card.
** Fisher folk engaged in dry fish processing, and other allied fish business (like door to door fish vending, pickles, papad maker from fish/shrimp, ornament maker from fish scales etc.) are entitled to receive this benefit.
** It allows cash credit at a subsidised rate of interest to farmers
** The credit limit varies from scheme to scheme but does not generally exceed Rs 3.00 lakh
** It offers flexible repayment schedule after the harvest season and enables rescheduling of payments in case of a bad crop season.
** Any number of withdrawals can be made, within the credit limit.
** Repayment- only after harvest and marketing.
** No collateral is required for loan up to Rs 1.6 lakh
** Interest subvention is available for timely repayment of loan.
Eligibility of the Matsya Jeebi Credit Card (MJCC)
(A) Inland Fisheries & Aquaculture-
Fishers, Fish farmers (individual & groups/partners/share croppers/lease holder farmers), Self Help Group, Joint Liability Groups & Women Groups, are eligible. .
(B) Marine Fisheries –
i. owner of registered fishing vessels / boats.
ii. posses necessary license / permission from competent authority for fishing in estuary and in sea, fish farming / pisciculture activities in estuaries and in open seas.
