To Track Swiss Beauty Order Status online, Follow the below steps
Step-1 : Go to the link https://swissbeauty.in/pages/track-order
Step-2 : Enter your Order ID (or) Tracking ID
Step-3 : Click On “Track Your Order” button
Note:
** Due to Sale, dispatch time for any order is 4-5 days & delivery will be within 7-8 days. If you have not received your AWB number via SMS, then your order is under processing.
** It will get dispatched soon and will be delivered within 4-5 days of dispatch. If you’ve received an AWB number , you can track your order in real time. It will be delivered within 7-8 days.
** Once the order is shipped, you can see a button “Track” which will give you more detailed information about your order status.
** If you have placed the user as guest, you can signup/sign in using the email through which you have placed the order. You can track the order through the steps mentioned above.
** If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, wait for 12 hours.
** In some rare cases, courier partner take up to 12 hours to activate the tracking link. Kindly check after the mentioned time frame

If you wish to change address or phone, you cannot change it on the website once the order is placed. However you may contact our customer service team with your change request and they shall help you out. Please note a change in address or phone number can create a delay in your delivery date.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
You can log in to your SWISS BEAUTY account and track your order in ‘My Orders’ section. We will also send you an email with the tracking details once the order is shipped. www.swissbeauty.in is able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, they’ll be delivered to you within 2-7 working days. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in customers location.
Will I get refund for my cancelled order?
Once your order is cancelled, and the full money including shipping fees will be refunded to you within 7 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. But if the order is already shipped then shipping charges and cash-on-delivery charges(if applicable) are not refundable.
Can I return part of my order?
