Computerization in M.P. Transport started 7 years ago with issuance of Smart Card Based Driving License and Registration Certificate.

Gradually all the processes of Transport offices have been computerized and data has been made available through internet and SMS for access by citizens. M.P. is the first state to provide value added services like “Online Tax Payment”,”Online Dealer Point Enrollment”,”Online Fitness/NOC System” And ” Online Renewal & Reissue of RC(Registration Certificate) “.

Necessity of Registration Certificate- :
No person shall drive any Motor Vehicle and no owner of Motor Vehicle shall cause or permit the vehicle to be driven in any public place or any other place, unless the vehicle is Registered in accordance with Chapter 4 of IMV Act 1988.

In this application we bring all the Registration Certificate related solution in one single application.

Transfer Of Ownership :
An application for Issue of Transfer of Ownership shall be made in Form 29 (in Duplicate) and Form 30 . (in Duplicate if covered by Finance / Hire Purchase / Lease ) duly paying the appropriate fee as specified in Rule 81 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989, to the Registrating Authority in whose Jurisdiction the transferor and transferee resides or has their place of business.

Madhya Pradesh Transport Change of Address

An application for recording of change in residence in the Certificate of Registration of a Motor Vehicle shall be made by the owner of the vehicle in Form 33.

Issue Of Duplicate Certificate of Registration :
An application for Issue of duplicate Certificate of Registration shall be made in Form 26 . If covered by Finance / Hire Purchase / Lease with the signatures of the Financier on Form 26 in duplicate, duly paying the appropriate fee as specified in Rule 81 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989, to the Registrating Authority in whose Jurisdiction the vehicle is.

Endorsement of Hire Purchase Agreement :
An application for making an entry of Hire-Purchase, Lease or Hypothication agreement in the Certificate of Registration of a Motor Vehicle shall be made in Form 34 , duly signed by the Registered owner of the Vehicle and the Financier.

Termination of Hire Purchase Agreement :
An application for making an entry of Termination of Hire-Purchase, Lease or Hypothecation(Termination of Hire Purchase Agreement) agreement in the Certificate of Registration of a Motor Vehicle shall be made in Form 35, duly signed by the Registered owner of the Vehicle and the Financier.

** Certificate of Registration in original
** Form 33 duly filled up
** Attested copy of valid vehicle insurance policy
** Attested copy of address proof of registered owner of vehicle.
** Attested copy of valid Pollution under Control Certificate
** Prescribed fee for registration
** Attested copy of PAN Card or Form 60 & 61(as applicable)
** If hypothecation is endorsed in the Registration Certificate, No Objection Certificate from the financer is needed to get the address changed in the Registration Certificate
