Uttarakhand Volvo Bus Ticket Booking

** Step 1.) Click on customer login in link on home page of utconline.uk.gov.in
** Step 2.) Login with your registered Email ID and password. You will get following screen.
** Step 3.) To book a Ticket click on Book Ticket. Than following screen will be in front of you.

** Step 4.) Search buses by selecting required service type, no. of seats from and to stations and date of journey. You will get a list as below image.
** Step 5.) Select the required bus and proceed.
** Step 6.) Select the seat in the bus layout , Fill Name,gender and Age , accept terms and conditions and proceed for payment.
** Step 7.) Details of tickets will be shown if correct please continue for payment
** Step 8.) Please select payment gateway and proceed for payment, Proceed as per instructions of Payment gateway and make payment
** Step 9.) You can print your ticket here , ticket will be sent to your email also.

How To Cancel a Ticket?

** Step 1.) Login with your registered ID and password.
** Step 2.) Go to Cancel ticket on Dashboard.
** Step 3.) Click on ticket to be cancelled.
** Step 4.) Select passengers who are to be cancelled ,You can make partial as well as full cancellation of the ticket . In case of partial cancellation of ticket please get a fresh printout of the ticket for the passengers continuing their journey.
** Step 5.) Your refund amount will be credited in your Debit/Credit card account as per UTC’s cancellation policy and your Debit/Credit bank policy.

Change password :
** Step 1.) To change your password , login to your account and go to utilities –change password.
** Step 2.) Click on Change Password.
** Step 3.) Enter old password , new password and save .

Do I have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets in the traditional way :
UTC does not charge anything extra when compared to the traditional way. The tickets are absolutely at the same cost only payment gateway charges will be extra.

I’ve lost my ticket what do I do now :
** A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket. Please take a printout of that mail and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have not received your ticket to the mail ID you provided, we have flexibility that you will receive a message directly to your mobile from UTC immediately after booking ticket, you can give the PNR Number in website and you can take a printout.

Can I cancel the ticket :
** Yes. The tickets booked through UTC online can be cancelled*. Money is transferred back to the passenger’s Credit/Debit card account/ Net banking account. I don’t have a credit can I still buy tickets at UTC :
Yes. You don’t necessarily need to have a Credit card to buy tickets on UTC. You can buy tickets through Debit Card or Net Banking also.

I missed the bus. Do I get refund :
However, if the bus is missed due to any other reasons not directly related to UTC it does not provide any refund.
