Application For Grant Of Solvency Certificate :
Solvency Certificate– (Maximum time limit – 21 days)
** Completed Application form
** AADHAR No is compulsory , if AADHAR No. is not available, provide the AADHAR Enrolment slip with any one of the identity proof PAN / PASSPORT / Driving Licence / Voters Card . The name of the applicant on the AADHAR card should match with the Name of the Applicant.

** The photograph of the applicant will be captured through web camera at the time of submission of application or at the time of verification. The Photograph of the applicant should match with photo of the applicant on the AADHAAR.
** Affidavit in prescribed Performa (Affidavit from the major if the children are below the 18 years.).
** Supporting document for the present residential proof like Voters Card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill etc.
** Proof of profession like Pay certificate, Income Tax Return etc.
** Details of immovable property along with documents
Valuation report of Govt. approved valuer :
** proof of rented value, if any
** Proof of the property being free from all encumbrances
** Proof of House Tax payment, if any
** In case of agricultural land, its size and details of location with Khasra No.
** Name of the owner/ co-owners with share of each
** Copy of latest Revenue record like Fard
Details of Bank Account :
** Details of Financial Assets like Bonds, Share Certificate, Fixed Deposits, Provident fund etc.
** In case of Company, details of Financial structures
** Income Tax returns for last 3 years
** Share Holding of all Directors & their financial status

All supporting documents must be attested by gazetted officer.

** You can approach to the SDM of your area or you can also approach the concerned
** O/o the Deputy Commissioner during 10 :00 AM to 1:00 PM on any working day.
Response time :
** Certificates are issued in 21 days.
