Mobile Banking :

Punjab & Sind Bank has introduced psb AT Mobile, a Mobile Banking Services Product.

The facilities presently available under psb AT Mobile are given below :
** Balance Enquiry
** Mini Statement
** Intra Bank Fund Transfer – Mobile-To-Mobile And Mobile-To-Account
** Cheque Status
** Stop Cheque
** ATM/ Branch Locator

Customer shall receive an OTP while login into mobile Banking application through this link

Eligibility :
The Mobile Banking Services (psb AT Mobile) are available to Savings (SB), Current (CA), and Overdraft (ODA) account holders of the bank.
Individuals, Joint accounts (with Either or Survivor, Former or Survivor, any one singly or survivor clauses) and Sole Proprietorship accounts are eligible to register for Mobile Banking Services. In case of Joint Accounts (with the Either or Survivor, Former or Survivor, any one singly or survivor clauses) only the First Holder is eligible for registration. Accounts with Joint Operation are NOT eligible for registration for psb AT Mobile services. Thus Accounts operating with single signatories are allowed to be registered.

Registration :
Customers who wish to avail the Mobile Banking Services are required to submit the duly filled Application Form to the Branch for registering for Mobile Banking Services. The Application Form (along with Terms & Conditions) is available at Branches and can also be downloaded from website- (Under Application Forms link placed at the bottom of every page.)

After registration the customer shall receive following through SMS (on his/her registered Mobile Number) to commence/ operate the Mobile Banking Services :
** Application Password
** mPIN
** tPIN
** URL to download the Mobile Banking Application.

Mobile Instrument Requirement :
The mobile banking services can be availed on following types of mobiles :
** Java Enabled
** Android O/S Based

SMS Banking :
Registered Retail users of PsbOnline can bank with Punjab & Sind Bank by sending text messages (SMS) in predefined formats (given in below table). Please note that users need to subscribe for SMS Banking before using this feature.

Users can subscribe for SMS Banking in one of following two ways :
** If you are applying for PsbOnline first time, opt for “SMS Banking” service while submitting PsbOnline application Form R-I.
** If you are already registered for PsbOnline then submit “SMS Banking Registration” request by login into your PsbOnline account. This request is available under “Requests” menu.

Obtaining SMS Banking Password :
Once users are subscribed for SMS Banking, they can generate (set) their SMS Banking Password under “Preferences” menu after login into PsbOnline. This SMS Banking Password is required while sending text message.

Users can do following using SMS Banking :
