Renewal of Sawmill License :

** All the mandatory fields(*) need to be duly filled in.

** Incomplete entries are liable to be rejected.
** Please attach the scanned copy(ies) of the documents in the attachment section wherever applicable.
** Please provide Mobile Number & E-mail details to get the application status through SMS/E-mail.The change in status will be notified through mobile number provided in the application.
** After submitting the form, please download filled application form and attachments for future reference.
** Please attach/upload the files under Attachments/Enclosed Documents section, Click on the upload button to attach/upload multiple files.

NOTE :
** Please Enter appropriate ID Proof Number, Mobile Number and Email. If these details are not specified or invalid details are entered, you will not be able to track status or receive status notifications of your Application.
** e-Service is an attempt to take the service delivery at your doorstep. This site at present does not generate any online certificate/record.It provides a means to submit the application online. The Applicant is requested to retain the Application Reference Number that shall be provided on successful submission of the application. The status of the same shall be made available through SMS/Email.

How to use eServices Portal :
1. Type the URL eservices.goa.gov.in in the address bar :
2. The following page will open : To avail an eService, click on the Department name to which the service pertains to.
3. On click on the ‘Department Name’, the services pertaining to that Department are listed as shown below :
4. Click on the desired eService Link to apply for the same :
5. On clicking the desired link, the eForm for that service will open as follows :
6. Fill in the requested details, upload supporting documents (if any) and click on “Submit” button.
a. Enter Mobile No. correctly as the same will be used for further communication.
b. The proof ID should also be correctly entered as the same would be used to check status of the eService applied for online.
c. Enter the validation key as shown in the picture, without which the form won’t be submitted.
d. Finally click on submit button to apply for the eService.
7. On submitting the form, the following page will be displayed : An application ID will be generated for the requested eService, which will be used for future reference and tracking status of application.
8. To check status of your application, enter ‘Application ID’ & ‘Proof ID’ in the fields indicated below and click on “Search” button :
