Apply For Project Exporter Accreditation :

Need a valid permit issued by the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (MOIA) to send workers abroad. Only project exporters accredited by Protector General of Emigrants (PGoE) can apply for permit approval to the PGoE office, for recruiting Indian workers. You will apply for accreditation through the eMigrate system Public Website.

accreditation :
All project exporters must be accredited by the PGoE office before they can apply for permit to send their workers/employees to notified countries. During the accreditation process, the details of the project exporter will be verified. A field visit may also be conducted by the PGoE officer.

apply for accreditation :
Before you start to fill the online application form, please ensure you have a soft copy of the following mandatory documents required for this process :

Copy of :
** Registration certificate from Registrar of Companies (RoC) in case of a company.
** Registration certificate from Registrar of Firms (RoF) in case of a partnership.
** In case of a company, a copy of the memorandum of association.
** In case of a company, a copy of the article of association.
** Resolution passed appointing MD/Authorized signatory/Managing Partner and proof of having filed it with the RoC/RoF.
** In case of a partnership, a copy of the partnership deed.
** Copy of specimen signature of authorized signatory.
** In case UID of MD/MP/Proprietor is available, then a copy of Aadhar card.
** Any other document that may be notified by the Ministry from time to time.

After you have arranged for the above mandatory documents, please follow the below mentioned steps to apply for accreditation :
** Open the eMigrate external portal eMigrate.gov.in in a web browser.
** Go to
** Fill the project exporter accreditation form. Confirm the data entered or edit to make any changes.
** Submit the signed application form along with the required documents at the PGoE office.
** the PGoE office processes your application :
** If some further clarifications/inputs are required from you, the PGoE office can send back the application for re-submission. In such a case, you will receive a system generated mail containing instructions for re-submitting the application along with the required documents.

Else :
Also as a part of the application processing, an MOIA official may visit your premises.

f your application is approved by the PGoE, a system generated mail will be sent to your email id containing the following :
** A unique PE id assigned
** Printable acknowledgement letter
** Temperory password to register Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
** URL to register DSC

Else :
If your application is rejected by the PGoE, a system generated mail will be sent to your email id informing of the rejection.
