SHCILE Stamp e-Court Fees System
Ministry of Finance, Government of India appointed Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd as Central Record Keeping Agency (CRA) for Computerization of Stamp Duty Administration System (C-SDAS).

As a major e-Governance initiative by Delhi Government, e-Stamping for Non Judicial Stamp Duty purposes was implemented in NCT of Delhi from 01st April 2008. Now the Government of NCT of Delhi has implemented e-Court Fees system for Judicial Stamp collection purposes w.e.f. 20th November 2012 and is the first State to take such initiative.

Online payment through Net Banking & VISA Debit card: Besides offering the facility for single transactions, client will also be able to make a payment of minimum of Rs 50/- and maximum of Rs 15,000/- and utilise the same over a period of time for generating e-Court fees of various denominations. Credit cards cannot be used for online e-Court Fee payment, only Net Banking and VISA Debit cards are allowed.
Receipt Generation: Client will have the convenience to generate an e-Court Fee receipt anytime and from anywhere in NCT Delhi via the internet without having to go through the hassles of long queues and tiresome formalities.
Printing of e-Court Fee Receipt: The e-Court Fee Receipt can be printed on Inkjet or Laser jet printers only.
Bar code scanning: All e-Court Fee Receipts generated can be verified with a 1D barcode scanner.
The e-Court Fee receipt generated online can be printed and submitted as a valid proof of court fee payment in all district courts and the High Court in NCT Delhi.

All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
