Degree Certificate

Application forms can be obtained from the Enquiry counter of the Controller of Examination Section or by sending a self-addressed Rs.10/- stamped envelope along with a request letter.

Mode of payment may be either Demand Draft of any Bank or General fund account Challan from BANK OF INDIA of selected branches.

If the payment is made by Demand Draft, then it should be drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Bharathiar University” payable at Coimbatore.

Certificates to be enclosed, amount to be paid and application forwarding details are available at the back of the application form.

Degree Certificates of latest batch candidates will be issued only after the Convocation and for others, it will be issued as and when they apply.

Filled-in application shall be sent to ‘The Controller of Examinations, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore – 641 046’.

Degree Certificate will be sent by Registered Post to the address given by the candidate, if the candidate has already been admitted to the convocation.

Migration Certificate:
Application forms can be obtained from the Enquiry counter of the Controller of Examination Section or by sending a self-addressed Rs.10/- stamped envelope along with a request letter.

Mode of payment may be either Demand Draft of any Bank or General fund account Challan from BANK OF INDIA of selected branches.

If the payment is made by Demand Draft, then it should be drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Bharathiar University” payable at Coimbatore.

Application along with the enclosures if any, should be sent to the Controller of Examinations.

Certificate will be sent by Registered Post to the address given by the candidates within a month.

Fees Details for Migration Certificate Rs.300 + Application Cost Rs.50.

Duplicate Certificate:
Application forms can be obtained from the Enquiry counter of the Controller of Examination Section or by sending a self-addressed Rs.5/- stamped envelope along with a request letter.

Mode of payment may be either Demand Draft of any Bank or General fund account Challan from BANK OF INDIA of selected branches.

If the payment is made by Demand Draft, then it should be drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Bharathiar University” payable at Coimbatore.

Application along with the enclosures if any, should be sent to the Controller of Examinations.

Certificate will be sent by Registered Post to the address given by the candidates within a month.

Rank Certificate:
Rank list will be sent to all colleges along with the applications for Rank certificate.

Rank Certificate for First Rank holders will be issued at the Annual Convocation held each year.

Rank Certificate for other than first rank holders will be sent to the candidate within a month from the date of receipt of the application.

Application along with the enclosures if any, should be sent to the Controller of Examinations.

Candidates may obtained the apllications either from the College or from the Controller of Examinations, Bharathiar University by sending a self-addressed Rs.10/- stamped envelope.
