Obtaining Duplicate Degree Certificate :

1. A Certificate from the First Class Magistrate in a Stamped paper of Rs. 20/- about the loss of the Degree Certificate.

2. Demand Draft of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) drawn in favour of “Bharathidasan University” payable at Tiruchirappalli – 620 024.

3. A Declaration by the candidate should accompany to the effect that the Duplicate Certificate is required for bonafide purpose only.

4. The candidate should produce a certificate from the principal certifying the original Degree Certificate is not traceable and beyond recovery.

5. Copy of the Complaint given by the student to the Police.

6. The candidate is directed to produce the original certificate obtained from the police department against the complaint lodged by him for the loss of the certificate.

Migration Certificate :
Instruction To The Candidate
1. The application should be submitted with the following documents :
I) A Demand Draft for the prescribed fee of Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of The Registrar, Bharathidasan University, Trichirappalli.

II) Transfer Certificate and Consolidated Mark statement (or) Provisional Certificate (or) Pass Certificate (or) Degree Certificate in Original with attested copies.

2. If the Migration Certificate is sought by post, a self addressed envelop of size 35 cm x 12.5 cm stamped to the value of Rs. 25/- along with the above mentioned documents should be sent.

3. In the event of non production of Original Transfer Certificate, the candidate shall produce a certificate to the effect that he / she is a BONAFIDE STUDENT OF THE INSTITUTION where he / she surrendered his / her Original Transfer Certificate, along with a copy of the Transfer Certificate attested by the Principal of the concerned college.

4. Incorrect particulars or failure to give the necessary particulars together with relevant certificate’ called for therein will lead to summary rejection of this application without intimation to the candidate.

About Us :
The University’s main Campus was initially located in a sprawling area of over 1000 acres in Palkalaiperur. However, as years passed on, the South Campus at Palkalaiperur with the available infrastructure was donated to the newly started Anna University of Technology.

Very recently, another portion of the land has been allotted to the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Tiruchirappalli. Also, the University has a downtown campus at Khajamalai, which housed originally the Autonomous Post-Graduate Centre of the University of Madras at Tiruchirappalli.

In addition to the administrative complex, which includes the Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat, Registrar’s Office, Finance and Examination offices, most of the academic departments and research laboratories are located in the main Palkalaiperur Campus
