Organogram :
The day-to-day management of the Organization is Carried out by the CEO and his/her team of Officers. The functions, Programs and their relationship is illustrated below. The top decision making activities are carried out in the State Project Management Unit headed by the CEO and State project Directors and other functional specialists as indicated.At the district level there is a District Project Management Unit ,headed by a Project Director, (District Rural Development Agency) assisted by functional specialists.PD,DRDA implements all the programs of IKP at the district level under the overall guidance and support of the district collector.

SERP :
The Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) was established by the Government of Andhra Pradesh (AP) as a sensitive support structure to facilitate poverty reduction through social mobilization and improvement of Livelihoods of rural poor in Andhra Pradesh.

As per the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014, SERP is divided into AP SERP and TG SERP for implementing Indira Kranthi Patham (IKP). TG SERP is covered in all the 442 rural Mandals of 09 rural districts in A.P.

The vision of SERP is to enable every poor family in rural Telangana to come out of poverty and stay out of poverty. SERP works on a comprehensive multi dimensional poverty alleviation strategy by focusing equally on the Livelihoods Value Chain and Human Development Indicators.

Terms And Conditions For Control And Appeal Of Serp Employees :
Classification :
The employees of the SERP are classified in to six Levels i.e. L1, L2, L3, L4, L5 and L6 and all these employees are subject to these terms and conditions for Control and Appeal of SERP employees.

Suspension :
i) An employee of the SERP may be placed under suspension from employment
a) where a disciplinary proceedings against him/her is contemplated or is pending, or

b) where in the opinion of the authority competent to place the employee under suspension, he/she is engaged in activities prejudicial to the interest of the security of the State, or

c) where a case against him/her in respect of any criminal offence is under investigation, inquiry or trial.

d) An employee may be placed under suspension from employment even if the offence for which he/she was charged does not have bearing on the discharge of his/her duties assigned by the SERP.

ii) An employee of the SERP shall be deemed to have been placed under suspension by an order of the authority competent to place him/her under suspension
